We are seeking a dependable Sample Room Coordinator to join our team in Shorewood, IL!
WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE?
In this role, the SAMPLE ROOM COORDINATOR will have the opportunity to work with customer service and sales as the face of our value catalog business. They will provide sales with the tools necessary to fulfill our customers' needs.
This position will provide product and service information, answer questions, and prepare requests for existing and potential customers including samples and trade-show requests. They will also provide customer service with assistance in daily order entry tasks and phone/email requests.
Attention to detail is a must in this role as you will be responsible for opening and maintaining sample records including maintaining an accurate inventory as well as shipping records.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
Our perfect candidate is someone who is detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. A strong work ethic, punctuality and dependability is key in this role.
The person who will excel in this role has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, can work independently, is dependable and a self starter. Someone with an administrative or customer service background would do well in this position.
The SAMPLE ROOM COORDINATOR will need to be proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems. Epicor experience is a plus.
