Requirements: 1. High School Diploma or GED (copy of supporting
documentation required before deadline date to be considered for this

following: 2. Keep premises in a clean and orderly condition, performing
various custodial duties 3. Maintain offices, including sealing and
refinishing floors and extracting carpets 4. Maintain grounds which
includes removing snow, ice, debris, weeding, raking, watering and
sweeping, etc. 5. Prepare and set up rooms for meetings and activities
and clean up afterwards 6. Help maintain and operate mechanical systems
- Ability to interact well with staff and patrons 8. Must be able to
move up to 100 lbs. 9. Maintain restrooms in a clean and sanitary
fashion **This position may be assigned to work a varied workweek.
