Restaurant Manager - Public School, Dallas Area
Boston University invites applications for one full-time faculty position in the School of Hospitality Administration (SHA). We have teaching needs in Human Resources, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and other Workplace Psychology topics. This is a non-tenure track position with the academic rank of Assistant Professor. Boston University is an AAU institution with a rich tradition dedicated to inclusion and social justice. Expectations: Assistant Professors are expected to teach, conduct and actively publish peer-reviewed scholarly research, as well as participate in professional and university service. All faculty members are expected to develop connections with industry professionals and to continuously update their expertise through industry consulting and scholarly activities. Faculty members are also expected to advise individual students and student groups and to participate in school and individual activities.
School Profile: The School of Hospitality Administration at Boston University is a specialized business program focused on the hospitality sector, especially the hotel and restaurant industries, with a solid liberal arts foundation, with approximately 400 students enrolled.
