PART-TIME SWIM INSTRUCTOR - AURORA WELLNESS CENTER 

LOOKING TO MAKE SOME EXTRA MONEY? HealthFitness is looking for SWIM INSTRUCTORS to join the Aquatics Team at our client site located in Burlington, WI. In this position, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. You will design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals_._

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current WSI certification from American Red Cross or equivalent work experience.
• CPR/AED/first aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• Competitive swimming background or competitive swim coach experience.
• Possess ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely.
• Exhibit patience and are friendly and outgoing.
• Are highly organized, energetic, and can multi-task.
• Flu vaccination is required.
• This client site requires full COVID-19 vaccination as an essential job function. Required Skills Required Experience

Bachelors degree required as well as 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Experience with MS Office programs. Experience with REDCap and R is a plus. Prior experience in community outreach and/or participant recruitment is preferred.
