In this role, your time will be split between customer service and medical records. You'll interact with patients as the first point of contact for patients in our busy clinic.

• Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect payments.
• Responsible for working with insurance companies and doctors' offices to obtain referrals, authorizations, and patient benefits.
• Assist in other duties such as claims and billing.
• Assist in training and supervision of student employees.

This role is integral to our team as you will be responsible for our superior customer service and medical billing.

Required Skills

• Two years of college or equivalent required.
• Bachelors degree and experience in a medical office preferred.
