Exciting opportunity to join an innovative team. Provide administrative support for Boston University School of Social Work's National Online Program. Update and maintain data systems for the program/esses of the field placement coordination of students and advisors. Maintain department databases and produce reports. Serve as liaison between program and other relevant University offices and work with relevant University Departments. Comfortability using and troubleshooting emerging technologies such as Zoom, Blackboard and WordPress.

Required Skills

Associate's degree, B.A./B.S. preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using Excel, Word, Google Docs, SharePoint, Trello and have strong skills in data management and web content editing. One to three years of related experience.
