To perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings and equipment.

• Ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations following Supervisors’ instructions.
• Ability to detect defects in equipment and to make proper repairs or adjustments.
• General knowledge of various types of equipment used in the building trades.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision, given proper instructions.
• Ability to read and write and to follow instructions, given either orally or in writing.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75#.
• Some tasks my require individual to bend, twist, and lift awkwardly.
• Some tasks my require individual to crawl into tight areas.
• The ability to prepare accurate records for emergency work order forms.
• Perform related work as required.
• Follow all GMP`s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Report any unusual activities in or around the plant to management, ASAP.
• Work in a safe manner and report any unsafe conditions to the management, ASAP.
• Any other duties to maintain the operation of the plant, as needed.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen.
