The Evaluation and Communications Manager will report to the Evaluation Director and work in tandem to both conduct the evaluation and use data and evidence to develop communication products to further support the ongoing implementation of The SAFEST Choice Program. With the guidance of the Evaluation Director the Evaluation Manager will assist with planning and implementing all aspects of The SAFEST Choice Program evaluation including designing, implementing, and revising the evaluation plan; designing implementing, and revising the appropriate data collection tools; developing, implementing, and revising both quantitative and qualitative data collection plans; overseeing data analysis; conducting qualitative data analyses; designing and developing communication products to support the program; conducting formative research on the acceptability of the communication products; and, developing a dissemination plan including reporting evaluation findings and communication materials back to key stakeholders.
