  • Responsibilities

    The Manager of iPaaS DevOps will lead the development, release, and operations of the university-wide, iPaaS based application and data integration service.

    The Manager of iPaaS DevOps is a hands-on, management role that will build, manage and mentor a high performing integration team; participate in the definition and evolution of integration strategy; drive the definition and evolution of development and release processes; ensure the delivery of integrations in support of critical university initiatives with technical oversight along with hands-on technical activities; and lead the operations of the iPaaS based Integration services.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant IT work experience or the equivalent including managing team(s).
    • Experience providing immediate supervision over a group or team
    • Experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting integration/ETL solutions using wide variety of data sources and targets
    • Knowledge of data and application integration/middleware tools such as SnapLogic, Informatica, Webmethods, Tibco, SSIS, etc.
    • Knowledge of EAI, SOA, ESB, Web Services, Messaging Services, API Management and other related integration concepts
    • Knowledge of Cloud Computing fundamentals; specifically iPaaS, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS
    • Knowledge of Cloud Service Providers; specifically Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
    • Experience with fundamental programming concepts, frameworks, languages, and technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, SQL, XML, and JSON
    • Experience working on multiple, complex projects as a project leader and a subject matter expert.
    • Experience estimating and monitoring budgets
    • Advanced oral and written communications skills
