EF International Language Campus in Santa Barbara is seeking a summer groups program coordinator
We welcome many international summer groups to our campus during the summer, as coordinator you would be responsible for the planning, organization and coordination for ensuring smooth day to day operations. Working closely with group Leaders and the school management team to shape and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fast-paced environment and requires excellent communication and attention to all details to maintain a high level of safety, welfare, enjoyment and seamless experience. Training will be provided but most importantly you will be self-driven, organized, work to meet targets and goals with ownership of responsibilities and a shared passion for our mission.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with recruitment and training of seasonal activity Leaders, setting clear goals and expectations
Coordinate and communicate a program of events outside of classes
Review weekly activity calendar and adjust as needed
Together with the Activities Manager, manage the Activity Leaders and set their weekly schedule
Schedule bus shuttle timetable and communicate
Provide support and feedback to Activity Leaders
Facilitate daily Leader meeting
Undertake daily administrative tasks and support other departments as required
Consult with Residence manager and team
Take 24-hour emergency phone as required
Role will require some evenings and weekends
