  • Responsibilities

    The Coordinator is responsible for supporting Program Managers in day-to-day activities in the development of programs and new business pursuits. This role will work collaboratively with the team to ensure execution of programs are on-time and on-budget, and to win new business aligned with company strategic goals.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with the Program Management and Business Development organizations to understand vital aspects of key programs and where support is required
    • Work closely with the Cross-Functional Department Leads assigned to the program
    • Assist the Program Manager in various activities such as budget monitoring, milestone tracking, and Program Reviews
    • Manage program documents such as the Rolling Action Item List, Risk Register, and Program slides
    • Analyze program data and create program reports and metrics from the program data
    • Develop and maintain Executive Level schedules and Scorecards for all programs
    • Track status of deliverables and actions to assist the PM in driving completion to support customer commitments
    • Manage sub-supplier coordination and monitor progress to provide status
    • Support key customer meetings and produce minutes of meetings
    • Assist in preparation, analysis, submittal, and tracking of document deliverables

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or Associates Degree and 3+ years of related experience
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent team member within a multi-disciplinary team
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
    • Knowledge of budgeting and reporting

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Aviation industry experience a plus
    • Experience with Microsoft Project

  • Qualifications
    • Extensive knowledge of the subject area(s) in which the individual is responsible for instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of effective communication and of effective instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics and challenges of community college students.
    • Knowledge and understanding of principles of curriculum development.

     

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Mathematics, Statistics OR Master's degree with a major in Mathematics or Statistics OR Master's in Mathematics Education plus at least 5 years teaching experience in math at the high school level or higher.
