Log back in! * Iv Pharmacist Job ID 2018-61402 Department Mhcs Home Care-infusion 111 Site Meridian Home Care Job Location US-NJ-Eatontown Position Type Part-time without Benefits Standard Hours Per Week 19 Shift Day Weekend Work Weekends as Needed On Call Work No On-Call Required Responsibilities nbsp; The responsibilites of the IV Pharmacist include:nbsp; * Is knowledgeable of and adheres to all medication use and pharmacy policies and procedures, including USP Guidelines as well as NJ Board of Pharmacy Regulations. * Enters or verifies and processes medication orders into the pharmacy information system accurately. * Required Documentation is performed and completed accurately. * Verifies orders in a timely manner.nbsp; Contacts prescriber to report lab results and discuss order discrepancies timely. * Turns medication orders around in a timely fashion.
