Summit Technical Solutions (STS) is seeking a Requirements Analyst to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for the Sentinel Weapons System.
The Requirements Analyst is the principal for interactions with STS Vice President of Operations, ICBM Center of Excellence (ICE) BAH Prime Contractors, and Government leadership. Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for the standup of the AFGSC ICE. Subject Matter Expert performing technical assistance, staffing support and Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) policy development, implementation, and interpretation for ICE standup at Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). Will assist AFGSC A4 and A10 leadership establish requirements and priorities to address ICE supporting Air Force Instructions (AFIs), support Concept of Employments, Human Capital Management, Career Field Management, etc. Will assist AFGSC A4 identify required manpower requirements in direct support of ICE focused on standup while engaging with AFGSC A10.
Essential Job Functions
- Reestablish curriculum/lesson plans for both trainer and evaluator courses
- Find/secure Barksdale facilities that will be used for these classes in perpetuity
- Define support infrastructure…furnishings, training aids, audio visual, computers, etc
- Research any overarching AETC-mandated involvement and collaborate/deconflict as required
- Research Air University options for obtaining college credits for our enlisted folks (not sure if that is possible)
- Evaluate manpower options/provide estimates needed to properly resource enduring ICE schoolhouse activities; both instructors and leadership
- Consider adding an “IG block” to the evaluator course that would include NSI and compliance inspection awareness/expertise
