    PATH is currently recruiting for a Program Associate to provide support to the Anemia project of the India Country Program. Key responsibility will be to provide support on Anemia project activities including, but not limited to creating concept notes and proposals, decks and project work.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Support the team in ensuring effective project reporting at the national level
    • Assist the Project Manager in coordination and execution of the program partnership and related program work
    • Support Project Manager on designing program strategy, creating action plan and formulating work plans
    • Undertake knowledge management by collecting and collating information & carry out analysis of data being reported in the public domain
    • Support the team in coordinating the project management process internally within PATH & external stakeholders
    • Support in preparing project collaterals such as field assessment reports, donor reports, work-plans, factsheets, and policy briefs
    • Deliver any other need-based tasks as requested by the team
    • Draft donor report and short update notes on projects.
    • Synthesize insights from field operations, program data, and from interaction with stakeholders.
    • Conduct secondary research and landscape analysis for material contribution to the development of concept notes and proposals

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

     

    • 0-2 years’ of work experience with experience of project management
    • Master’s degree in public health / public policy / health management
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and other mass communication packages.
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills.
    • Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other Indian languages will be an advantage.
    • Demonstrated skills in planning, coordination, supportive supervision and monitoring.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a complex environment.
    • Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
