- (951) 765-5100 SITE FACILITATOR JOB SUMMARY This position will be
under the direct supervision of the Students Achieving in Fun
Environment (S.A.F.E.) Program Coordinator and assumes the leadership
role at the site for the general coordination of the S.A.F.E. Program.
The site facilitator will assist the S.A.F.E. Program Coordinator and
site principals in all aspects of the program and its development, and
to do related work as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ~ Arrange schedule
and room assignments of staff; ~ Monitor students whereabouts; ~ Enroll
new students; ~ Supervise, but not evaluate, S.A.F.E. personnel
(including agency, city and District personnel); ~ Discipline students
for minor infractions, contacting parents as necessary; ~ Refer serious
situations to Assistant Principal, S.A.F.E. Assistant Principal and/or
S.A.F.E. Coordinator; ~ Provide opportunities for parent contact; ~
Facilitate coordination of homework assignments for students enrolled; ~
Promote the S.A.F.E. program; ~ Coordinate special event details and
schedules; ~ Order supplies and equipment; ~ Act as liaison between
school staff, Principal, custodians, and S.A.F.E. Program staff; ~
Safeguard campus; ~ Secure and storeS.A.F.E. supplies and equipment to
ensure its safety; ~ Assist in case of emergency; ~ Facilitate program
development; ~ Participate in training for CPR and First Aid. EMPLOYMENT

with the public and District personnel. EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS ~ High
school diploma or general education degree (GED) and possession of the
knowledge and abilities listed above. ~ Pass District No Child Left
Behind academic assessment test for Instructional Aides. EXPERIENCE One
year of paid or volunteer experience working with children of various
age levels. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS The physical

candidates must meet ALL minimum experience AND education requirements
