    The Sales Producer opportunity reports to the Regional Agency Consultant.

    YOU WILL ENJOY:

    • A performance-based compensation package that includes a 36-month incentive package, advanced commissions and residual income;

    • Earning incentives based upon marketing activity in the initial 3 months

    • A dedicated Premier Service Rep to assist with client service work;
    • Networking, community, sales and industry events;
    • Technology and continued training to support your base of operations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Be dedicated to solving the financial challenges state employees face;
    • Excel at gaining market access and building relationships;
    • Be comfortable presenting information to potential customers in both one-on-one settings and large groups;
    • Attend networking, community, sales and industry events;
    • Be willing to invest time and resources to ensure business success; and
    • Ability to obtain resident General Lines - Life and Health license.

    PERFORMANCE BASED COMPENSATION:

    FIRST-YEAR TOTAL COMMISSION (RANGE): $75,500 - $101,000 plus (1st year start-up incentive bonus) up to $23,000.

    3-YEAR START-UP BONUS INCENTIVE: up to $43,000.

    NEW BUSINESS AND RENEWAL COMMISSION (RANGE): $75,000 - $201,000.
