PERFORMANCE BASED COMPENSATION:

FIRST-YEAR - COMMISSION (RANGE): $55,000 - $101,000

PROTECTED TERRITORY - FAVORABLE WORK/LIFE BALANCE - NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, AND NO HOLIDAYS.
