The incumbent will have the opportunity to work within a functional area to receive experience related to an educational degree program.Exposure to real world experiences, opportunities for personal and professional development and networking opportunities with employees and other interns. -Recommend internal and external communications strategy and execution plan for Corporate Social Responsibility program -Research and benchmark best practices in CSR outreach and communications, including: -Best in class CSR corporate websites and social media sites -Best practices in content, positioning, messaging, format, design -Existing research and recommendations from Spring '18 Emerging Leaders cohort -Identify top industry trends -Conduct secondary research on CSR trends in regards to hot topics, such as board diversity, gender equality, climate change, data security, etc. -Document and report findings Requirements Position Requirements: Must be pursing a communication or business major Excellent communication and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office -Full-Time/Part Time Temporary/Intern Location Springfield
