    ROLES DESCRIPTION FOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER - (FULL-TIME)

     

    Huntington Learning Center is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will develop and maintain digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Director. This is a great opportunity for a marketing self-starter who wants to gain valuable experience across marketing and digital disciplines while bettering the lives of more students and make a lasting difference with Huntington!

     

    • Help grow the Huntington Brand through new and proven digital marketing programs and strategies designed to help franchisees grow their business.
    • Track the performance of the digital marketing programs to help make data-based recommendations including A/B testing and UTM Tracking.
    • Provide system-wide digital training on various topics including Local PPC, digital advertising, and social media.
    • Develop and maintain nurture campaigns and other email campaigns.
    • Manage digital vendors and projects
    • Develop and maintain digital plans, programs, KPIs, timelines, and budgets

     

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER - (FULL-TIME)

     

    • 5+ Years of marketing experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Experience in B2C digital marketing, email marketing, SEO and web analytic tools (Google Analytics)
    • Strong background in Google Adwords, Google Optimize, Tag Manager, Visual Data Experience (Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBi etc.,)
    • Background in education or franchisee marketing preferred
    • Experience with WordPress and Marketo
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and to interact effectively with diverse personalities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
    • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook required.
