IT Helpdesk Technician Co-op
Monday through Friday (in-office)
$23/hr, 40 hours per week
Jan 6th - June 2026
The IT team at EF is responsible for delivering world class support services across EF's North American entities and its affiliates. The Help Desk Technician Co-op will be a part of our North American IT organization and will work as part of our Boston IT team. Specifically, you will:
-Respond to user inquiries
-Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
-Perform remote troubleshooting
-Install software
-Escalate complex problems to higher support levels
-Maintaining ticket logs
-Guiding users through solutions
-Assist in large-scale projects
-Ensuring proper documentation for future reference
-Other, as needed
