Job Description: * Manage and oversee key digital tools being used within the business; * Develop training plans and guides for new employees on how to use key systems; * Define any major areas of manual labor and identify digitization solutions; * Communicate with vendors and partners about new platforms to aid business operations; * Identify risks, errors & discrepancies as they arise in the organizations technology and create mitigation and resolution plans; Skill Needs: * Understand the organizations key technologies in-place; * Familiarity with web & cloud-based software; * The capability to troubleshoot & debug problems logically; * The ability to work with data from a number of different systems; This role is the right fit for you if: * youre someone looking to get into the world of fashion/apparel, but also have a keen sense of digital technology * you like solving problems, and helping people adopt technology to become faster and more efficient at their jobs * Have 1-2 years of relevant experience Job Type: Full-time Education: * High school or equivalent 2 hours ago - save job
