Indiana University Foundation invites applications for the Gift Services Associate position in Revenue Operations. The Gift Services Associate position will serve as the primary point of contact for receiving inquiries from IU Foundation staff, IU staff, and IU donors, related to charitable donations to Indiana University. This full-time position will play an essential role in ensuring that our customer inquiries are handled with the utmost care.

The successful candidate will work to serve customers by documenting inquiries and requests in the tracking system, and then working with external and internal constituents to complete the requests and communicate the results back to the customer. This customer facing position requires excellent communication, follow up, and documentation skills. A professional demeanor and a service-oriented mindset is essential. This team member will also serve as a data entry professional, and should excel at working quickly and accurately in a very fast- paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field, or two years of equivalent work experience.
• Combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in high volume data entry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Analytical skills and interpretive reasoning ability are essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
• Proven data entry skills. Exceptional speed and accuracy are essential.
• Knowledge of PC keyboard.
