JOB DESCRIPTION: A permanent position under the supervision of the Director of Alumni Relations. This position is a super user in the Banner Advancement system, creating and modifying reports in both banner and Cognos systems, systems documentation, records maintenance, use and support of computer-based information systems and reconciliation of funds.
Job duties as Information Services Specialist include but are not limited to:
