The Opportunity
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving performance, consistency, and development across a team of Inside Sales Representatives. This role balances front-line coaching, pipeline generation, and operational rigor, ensuring the team consistently delivers against individual and group targets. The Manager plays a critical role in translating go-to-market strategy into daily execution and maintaining strong alignment with Sales and Marketing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $80,000 plus commission, restricted stock units, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
