Audience Development Intern (LA) IVY 13 reviews - Los Angeles, CA 90001 Full-time, Internship We are looking for a highly motivated, personable and organized individual who is passionate about the marketing/sales space! As an Audience Development Intern, you will gain valuable marketing experience as you assist with sourcing, prospecting, and ad hoc projects. You will provide administrative support by assisting with social media and lead generation. Responsibilities: * Generate a pipeline of highly qualified diverse, potential candidates for IVY * Manage the pipeline in Greenhouse and externally to various career sites and college boards * Coordinate, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates * Provide excellent customer service to candidates * Manage other special projects/assignments as needed What Were Looking For: * Currently Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree * Interested in marketing/sales as a career * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Strong proficiency in MS Office
