The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is offering a Fall Internship to a qualified candidate who will support Clinical Effectiveness and Decision Science program. This paid Internship is a part-time temporary employment opportunity averaging 20 hours per week for a postgraduate student. PCORI does not provide housing for out of town residents. PAY RANGE AND EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Interns shall be classified as temporary, part-time employees who are hired as interim replacements, to temporarily supplement the workforce, or to assist in the completion of a specific project and who are temporarily scheduled to work less than PCORI's full-time schedule for a limited duration. Employment beyond any initially stated period does not in any way imply a change in employment status. Temporary, part-time workers are not eligible for PCORI benefits.
Current master's level and above students will be paid $20.00 per hour.
JOB DUTIES:
The Clinical Effectiveness and Decision Science (CEDS) intern will support portfolio analysis efforts led either by PCORI Program staff or Program staff in conjunction with the PCORI Methodology Committee. Topics of focus for portfolio analyses may include PCORI's funded cancer portfolio, adherence to selected PCORI methodology standards within PCORI's funded research portfolio, or others.
