As an ENTERPRISE BUSINESS ANALYST, this person will leverage a fusion of technical and business acumen to assist with building and supporting systems that facilitate Human Resources best practices for Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System. This position is responsible for the technical maintenance of the Human Resources Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and/or Benefits modules of the Human Capital Management system, including system configuration and coordination with developers for custom program maintenance, and for participating in the maintenance support team response to enterprise-wide customer requests for complex problem resolution.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or relevant functional area. Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree. Four years progressively responsible experience working in functional area or systems analysis.
