Join the EA FAST team to learn these data and analysis skills and develop Power Platform tools that will empower EA sales. As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst for EF Explore America, you will be in a pivotal role between our in-house tech teams, our sales and production workforce, and our customers. You will be working to ensure customers and staff have the tools, resources, and trainings they need to use our technology for business development. In this role, you will learn core skills such as SQL, DAX, Azure, and Power Platform to help you build a career in business intelligence and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence

• Trouble-shoot incoming bug reports and know when to escalate an issue
• Provide final testing sign-off on new features for Explore America
• Learn best practices for analysis tools such as SQL, DBT, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Use newly gained skills to develop reports and dashboards, complete data requests, and provide end user access to reporting tools.

Systems Support

• Lead our team of Systems Power Users
• Support on-going trainings with the sales floor to ensure staff are maximizing their use of our software
• Deliver general systems support for our Boston, Austin, and Denver workforce as well as our remote users, serving as the main point of contact for system and web questions

Skills:

• At least two years’ experience in sales or service is preferred
• A drive to always be learning
• Strong attention to detail
• Thrive on working with multiple projects simultaneously
• Superior communication skills
• Embrace a collaborative working style
• Solve problems independently, but will ask for help and leverage the knowledge and experience of others to overcome tough obstacles
• Passion for maintaining high standards in their work
