    Job Description

    The Keypath People & Communications Team is driven by our vision “by empowering our people and amplifying our Keypath voice, we enable Keypathers to transform education”. A key member of the People & Communication Leadership Team, the Vice President, People is responsible for creating an amazing employee experience within the Americas-Europe region (with offices and operations in the US, Canada, and the UK).

    The role will develop and execute a people & culture strategy in support of the Americas-Europe strategic plan, aligned to the Global Talent Strategy (Attract Talent, Grow Talent, Retain Talent and Connect Talent) by creating a diverse, inclusive and highly engaged workforce.

    The Vice President, People reports to Global Chief People & Communications Officer and will be supported and empowered by Global specialist experts in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Total Rewards.

    The Vice President, People will lead a small team of people business partners and manage all generalist people and culture initiatives to create an amazing employee experience and best people practices across the Region.

    The role will partner closely with Chief Operating Officer and Regional Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment of people and culture strategies with the Regional Strategy & priorities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as a trusted people advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and Regional Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute people initiatives that effectively communicate and support Keypath’s mission, vision, and strategic initiatives.
    • In partnership with the Americas-Europe senior leadership and executive team, create employee engagement strategies to promote a high-performance culture where employees thrive, visible demonstrations of open communications exist throughout the organization, and employees have an opportunity to learn and grow with the Company.
    • Partner with the Global People & Communication Team to continue to develop an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
    • Collaborate with the Global People & Communications team to support a consistent global culture whilst leading and developing employee engagement and cultural initiatives to ensure country values and local norms flourish.
    • Investigate, document, and ensure appropriate action is taken related to Employee Relations issues. Partner with the Legal Team to proficiently address any employee relations issues in a timely manner and according to company policy and federal, state, provincial and local laws, and regulations.
    •  Advise the Global People Team & Executive team on region-specific compliance and employment law and introduce best practices to protect Keypath.
    • Create a positive employee experience through People & Culture policy design and implementation, management of employee relations issues, training and communications, swift resolution of issues, and timely documentation and reporting.
    • Develop and coach a team of high-performing people business partner professionals to create a trusted and valued people service to our leaders and people.
    • Collaborate with the Global People Team to implement initiatives designed to ‘Grow Talent’ including but not limited to leadership development, performance programs, career pathways and planning, onboarding, and learning by support the roll out of Global learning programs across the Region.
    • Collaborate with the Global People Team to support strategic recruiting and retention plans designed to ‘Attract Talent’, including recruitment, employee value proposition, sourcing initiatives, hiring leader capability development, and improving the candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with the Global People Team to support total rewards initiatives designed to ‘Retain Talent’ covering Keypath’s Company’s compensation philosophy and structure, benchmarking analysis, competitive and cost-effective benefits programs, recognition, and wellbeing.
    • Partner with the Communications & Brand Team to develop and execute initiatives designed to ‘Connect Talent’ by ensuring communication and engagement activities are created to build employee engagement and deepen employee connection to Keypath.
    • Support the implementation of technology solutions to automate HR processes and practices, ensure high adoption and utilization within the Region.
    • Drive a data-driven approach creating and analyzing metrics associated with key areas of the employee experience to provide analysis and reporting to the Chief People & Communications Officer & Executive Team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; adjust people strategies, programs, policies, and processes to meet ever-changing needs of the business.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in progressively responsible people leadership roles in the following areas:

    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, change management, organizational design, talent management, performance management, employee relations, HR systems implementation, and strategic and operational planning within a global environment (NA & EUR exposure preferred).
    • Demonstrated ability collaborating with senior level leadership to develop, implement and sustain people and culture programs that enable the achievement of business strategic goals
    • Proven experience operating in a hyper growth environment where building processes and enhancement of existing people processes is needed to scale.
    • Excellent consultative, leadership, interpersonal/influencing skills, including the ability to build rapport, coach and influence at all levels of the organization
    • Successfully operated in a matrix organizational structure with the ability to navigate through complexity.
    • Strong problem solving, facilitation and analytical skills.
