  • Responsibilities

    The Director of Experiential Learning, reporting to the Executive Director, Feld Center for Industry Alliances, will identify opportunities for enhanced industry engagement in experiential learning as well as coordinate and build upon existing experiential education opportunities for undergraduate, specialty Masters, and residential MBA students at the Questrom School of Business. To measure and continue the success of these opportunities, this role will be charged with the development of systems and processes to acquire, track, and steward corporate clients for student projects as well as with the creation and maintenance of a toolkit for faculty with key project management and experiential learning templates. This role will collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and industry stakeholders to develop and articulate a cohesive strategy for experiential learning at Questrom. In doing so, this role will also define and communicate assurance of learning goals and processes for experiential learning. As a primary experiential learning point person for Questrom, this role will serve as a liaison to industry partners engaged with experiential learning and participate in the Experiential Learning Working Group. Off hours/weekends may be required to accommodate various program needs.
