- Coordinate, lead, and support Electronic Data Capture (EDC) applications, including primary support and outreach for REDCap.
- Identifying optimal study designs given investigator requirements; and train/educate research personnel in application use and functions.
- Work closely with research faculty and study coordinators, designers, and programmers, in addition to personnel from data management, compliance, and governance.
- Support various Educational Technology solutions, such as Qualtrics, ExamSoft, Zoom, Kaltura, and attendance tracking.
- Troubleshoot client issues and manage enhancement requests. Participate in medical campus discussions and investigations on university enterprise solutions for educational technology with technology vendors and Medical Campus stakeholders.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and communication internally and externally in developing, providing, and maintaining research and educational technology services.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
- Experience with REDCap Electronic Data Capture applications for data capture and management.
- Experience with research and educational technology applications.
