    Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a full time BC/BE neonatologist for our research academic track.  BMC is the major teaching affiliate of Boston University School of Medicine.  The BMC neonatology service covers a 15-bed level III nursery and a 6-bed level II nursery, both staffed by residents of the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics and attending neonatologists. Day, night and weekend call will be shared with 7 other neonatologists.

    KNOWLEDGE:

     

    • Knowledgeable in engineering concepts/fundamentals, practices, and procedures.
    • Knowledgeable in engineering design processes throughout product life cycle (concept, development, in production support, end of life)
    • Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Control Systems background.
    • Automotive and or commercial vehicle mechanical design, hardware, embedded software, and/or control systems knowledge.
    • Familiar with system level design, incorporating both electrical and mechanical components.

     

    SKILLS:

    • Highly skilled in people supervision.
    • Highly skilled in project tracking.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
    • Drives critical milestones on assigned projects
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work in a cross-functional team in a dynamic working environment.
