  • Responsibilities

    The Receptionist is responsible for first impressions, being the face of the Agency, greeting visitors and answering phones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times.  This role also assists with administrative duties and projects as required and needed throughout the Agency.  

     

    SCHEDULE:  Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES                   

    • Greet visitors and answer telephones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, acting as an ambassador of the Agency.
    • Enforce security protocols for all associates and visitors.
    • Ensure that all associates and visitors needs are responded to appropriately and in a timely fashion.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and seek out ways to improve visitors and callers experience.
    • Maintain the agency reception area, coffee pantries and conference rooms, ensuring that they are kept neat, clean and presentable to visitors and associates.
    • Provide general administrative support and manage tasks and projects as directed.
    • Responsible for opening or closing the Agency per building operations and procedures set by the Executive Vice President of HR and directed by the Office Manager.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Associate Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or Communication, or high school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience.
    • Previous experience as an Admin./Receptionist.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Proven ability to communicate in a professional and upbeat manner, with both visitors and employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Professional presentation.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask while being flexible in a busy environment.
    • Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
    • Five+ years of information security related work experience.
    • CISSP certification required. In addition, other security related certifications are a plus.

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 

    • Extensive experience with network security, vulnerability assessments, access control and authorization, policy enforcement and compliance, application security, firewall management, incident response, data loss prevention, encryption, multi‐factor authentication, web‐filtering, and advanced threat protection.
    • Experience with incident, problem, change and configuration management processes.
    • Working technical knowledge of AV/AM solutions, MFA technologies, Mobile Device Management Security, NGFW configuration and management, IDS/IPS, SIEM and log correlation/analysis tools.
    • Strong understanding of information security best practices and/or standards (e.g. NIST, ISO, COBIT, ITIL, PCI, etc.), global/regional data privacy laws and regulations, governance, risk and compliance management.
    • Strong understanding of operating systems,networking (TCP/IP, OSI Model, wireless, routing and switching), applications/system management, data management and cloud based systems.
    • Familiarity with corporate and manufacturing environments and operational facilities/processes.
