The Receptionist is responsible for first impressions, being the face of the Agency, greeting visitors and answering phones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times. This role also assists with administrative duties and projects as required and needed throughout the Agency.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday
7am - 4pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors and answer telephones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, acting as an ambassador of the Agency.
- Enforce security protocols for all associates and visitors.
- Ensure that all associates and visitors needs are responded to appropriately and in a timely fashion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and seek out ways to improve visitors and callers experience.
- Maintain the agency reception area, coffee pantries and conference rooms, ensuring that they are kept neat, clean and presentable to visitors and associates.
- Provide general administrative support and manage tasks and projects as directed.
- Responsible for opening or closing the Agency per building operations and procedures set by the Executive Vice President of HR and directed by the Office Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or Communication, or high school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience.
- Previous experience as an Admin./Receptionist.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proven ability to communicate in a professional and upbeat manner, with both visitors and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while being flexible in a busy environment.
- Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
