The Spira-Lenburg lab within the Section of Computational Biomedicine in the Department of Medicine at Boston University Medical Campus focuses on translational research to better understand lung biology and develop new ways to treat lung disease. The Scientific Program Manager will oversee lung cancer early detection-related projects in both the wet and dry laboratories as well as accomplish the following: 1) develop, implement and manage project work plans to increase research efficiency and effectiveness; 2) contribute to the scientific writing and coordination of grant applications; 3) assist in all scientific communications; and 4) assist with the planning and coordination of future plans in accordance with the labs goals.
Required Skills
Master’s degree required with 1-3 years of related experience; Doctoral degree preferred.
