OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
Oversee the production and timely completion of all broadcast and digital spots assigned to said person.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a liason between StudioZ and Zimmerman Advertising and/ or outside clients to resolve any issues during production of a spot
- Coordinate flow of jobs through StudioZ, including script review, ensuring assets are ready and distributed properly, and monitor the status until completion
- Manage daily availability and scheduling of all staff and equipment.
- Liaising with staff, including scheduling of internal meetings and edit sessions
- Liaising with the Head of Studio and Post Producer to ensure effective management.
- Ensure that the communication regarding production is being actioned.
- Upon completion. Quality-Check broadcast projects to ensure accuracy and consistency with script
- Coordinate and ensure completion of all dub orders/traffic requests
- Ingests all footage / assets for the job and adds to the appropriate location within Studio Z servers

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven ability to communicate in a professional and upbeat manner, with both visitors and employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and Mac OS
- Professional presentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while being flexible in a busy environment
- Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
