Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Valid Food Handlers Certificate · Food Handlers permit required at the time application is filed. Permits may be obtained at City Hall, 212 SW 9th Street, Mondays, 9:00 a.m., or the second Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. Cost is $15, cash only. A one hour film will be shown.
