    PILATES REFORMER INSTRUCTOR (PART-TIME) AT ADVOCATE CENTRE CLUB - LIBERTYVILLE

    Teaching approximately 3-10 hours per week

     

    HealthFitness is looking for a GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR to join the team at our community client site located in Libertyville, IL.  In this position you will provide fun, effective and safe group exercise to members participating in the Pilates program.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Current Pilates certification from a HealthFitness approved organization required.
    • Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
    • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
    • Flu vaccination required.
    • This client site requires full COVID-19 vaccination as an essential job function.   • Qualifications

     

    • Bachelors degree in a related field
    • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a university or customer service environment
    • Intermediate skills utilizing Excel, including complex formulas in order to acquire, organize, and analyze data
    • Experience in analyzing data to determine relevant conclusions and suggest appropriate actions to management
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize routine tasks and ad-hoc requests
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented, demonstrating accuracy and quality of work output
    • Ability to work (both independently and in conjunction with others) effectively and cooperatively in a small, collegial team environment.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, intellectually curious

     

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with analyzing detailed financial records.
    • Knowledge of University policies and procedures and federal regulations to advise customers and resolve inquiries.
