Creative Services, BU’s award-winning in-house marketing agency, is looking for a talented Account Supervisor to lead strategic communication initiatives including digital (website) and print projects. Be the trusted partner and point of contact with clients across the University. Collaborate with clients to uncover critical project information and insights. Develop compelling creative briefs to help guide creative teams and contribute to delivering high-quality work. Foster excellent communications, manage expectations and timelines and help solve problems. Build strong relationships with internal team members across Creative Services departments and keep them informed of project changes. Ensure internal teams are prepared, thorough, and responsive to keep the momentum from start to project completion and ensure client satisfaction. Mentor and support the development of account executives, providing constructive feedback and helping them build marketing knowledge and skills. Understand and support the University’s brand guidelines.
