Salary Range: $20/hour, part-time

Note: The Limitless Learning Facilitators should be careful if they have multiple contracts to plan work to not exceed the 40 hours per week limit. If you are a current student, you may not exceed 20 hours a week as an on campus job.

The Limitless Learning Facilitator (LLF) works closely with the faculty to deliver a cohesive, engaging classroom experience and to assist with the virtual classroom technology. The LLF will support all the technology and virtual classroom components. In collaboration with the faculty member, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the needs of the virtual classroom component and assisting with technology delivery for virtual students.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Program Team and Faculty to provide technology support and course management/delivery assistance for remote participants.
• Track attendance for the faculty and the program team.
• Monitor access in and out of the zoom room.
• Collaborate with the in-class faculty member to assist with monitoring participation, classroom needs, discussion forums, and virtual chat to ensure that all students feel connected and part of one learning community.
• Facilitate teamwork and breakout activities for remote participants.
• Assist with MyCourses and Zoom class management and reinforce curricular expectations.
• Please note that this role is not limited to the above and other support may be required for different online programs.

Skills/Experience/Requirements:

• Strong familiarity with Zoom technology
• Your schedule is flexible to work on very compressed timelines.
• You are comfortable with policy enforcement around access to the zoom room.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick-thinking, collaborative, enterprising approach to work.
• Strong Microsoft Office suite application skills.
• Be willing and able to work collaboratively with their faculty member.
• Current Hult student or Hult Alumni
