The laboratory in the Pulmonary Center of the Boston University School of Medicine is recruiting a research technician for projects involving the study of antibody deficiency disorders and human B cell immunology. The laboratory is focused upon translational studies that utilize patient samples and clinical information to shape study of human B cell biology. Responsibilities will include cell culture and RNA sequencing of human B cells, processing and storage of peripheral blood samples from patient and healthy donors, high throughput seromics measurement using Luminex, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and microscopy. The candidate will have the opportunity to directly impact clinical care of patients with rare immunological diseases and share in authorship of publications.
