The Advertising Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing advertising campaigns across all WBUR media properties (on-air, online, on demand, and events). This position ensures accuracy of campaigns and collaborates with the broader Business Partnerships team on providing excellent customer service to our partners. This role will partner with the company’s Business Partnerships, Traffic, Editorial, Creative, Marketing, and Product teams. An ideal candidate would have experience working with a team of Ad Operations Traffickers supporting a sales organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and maintain processes and communications across various teams to ensure successful advertising campaigns.
• Support operations side of the ad sales process from pre-sale proposal development and support to managing campaign launches and all aspects of the process to post-campaign wrap ups.
• Manage the Campaign Manager(s) throughout this process.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure various goals are met for key stakeholders internally.

Required Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
• 6+ years’ experience working in a media advertising operations role
• Digital experience is a must, broadcast experience is a plus
