Position Summary: _ _ Under general supervision, performs a variety of maintenance services, repairs, and installations on college facilities and equipment for HVAC systems._ Job Functions:_ 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance and general maintenance and installation of HVAC systems, as well as miscellaneous repairs to equipment and devices 2. Assist other HVAC staff with the performance of their duties as needed 3. Keeps shop and mechanical areas neat and clean 4. Drives LSC vehicle for purpose of transporting equipment 5. Records daily maintenance activities log and produces periodic reports 6. Assists in annual inventory of maintenance department 7. Actively follows college, state, and federal guidelines regarding safety 8.
