    SUMMARY:  Within the Customer Service area, the student will be working as an Expeditor.  They should possess excellent communication skills, strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting customer delivery expectations. The Expeditor will be responsible for collaborating with customer service, sales, buyer/planners, production and shipping to maintain customer delivery requirements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review customer order delays within the ERP system.
    • Identify customer order challenges/successes in collaboration with customer service, sales, buyer/planners, production and shipping.
    • Maintain constant communication with customer service and sales teams in review of challenges/successes and next steps. Expeditor skills

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • College Student pursing A.S. or B.S. in Business Management or related major
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Exceptional computer skills
    • Impeccable written and verbal communications skills

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred.
    • A minimum of 8-10 years’ work on hunger and nutrition or children’s programs, partnerships or related social impact work with a record of increasing responsibility.
    • Experience leading, developing, and motivating a team.
    • Successful budget management experience.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving, decision making, and delegation abilities.
    • Strong background working with diverse partners to successfully implement projects and/or build collaboration around specific goals or programs.
    • Track record of successfully implementing partnership-based programs at national, regional, state, or community levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to cultivate, grow and manage positive, mutually beneficial relationships with other organizations or businesses.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and work through challenges, underscored by strong judgment and emotional intelligence.
    • Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize, prioritize, and work independently on multi-step, detail-oriented projects in a fluid environment.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to high-level audiences.
    • Experience with health education programming and engagement with low-income communities desired.
    • Demonstrated passion for our mission and work.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communications tools.
