    Casa Systems, Inc. is seeking to hire a DIRECTOR, GLOBAL TOTAL REWARDS to join its team based at its corporate headquarters located in Andover, MA, USA. This role will build, expand and elevate our compensation, benefits, mobility and equity practices, and work alongside leaders to ensure Casa Systems is well positioned to attract, retain and engage top talent.

     

    In this role, the DIRECTOR, GLOBAL TOTAL REWARDS will impact the organization by demonstrating thought leadership on the development of total rewards methodologies and approaches, implementing current and new initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of programs aligned with business objectives. This position has the unique opportunity to work hands-on while simultaneously providing direction in program development to a fast-growing and evolving organization. This role will partner with the HR, Finance, and Legal teams, leaders within Casa Systems and external partners to ensure compensation, health, welfare, retirement and leave strategies are aligned with the organization’s compensation/benefits philosophies and market competitiveness.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Develop, implement, communicate and administer total rewards strategies, including, compensation, health and wellness, retirement, mobility, engagement and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives.
    • Lead the overall compensation philosophy and compensation structure for the organization, in close partnership with the HR, Finance and leadership teams. Ensure ongoing effectiveness of the structure given labor market changes. Participate in and analyze local and industry surveys, and make recommendations based on trends, practices, company philosophy, cost, etc.
    • Partner closely with benefits brokers and other third-party administrators to ensure effective delivery of all benefits programs on an ongoing basis in a global environment. Work closely with broker(s) to evaluate and benchmark existing company benefits with other industry organizations, and make recommendations based on trends, practices, company philosophy, cost, etc.
    • Perform modeling of various total rewards (incentive, rewards, merit, variable pay, etc.) programs and ensure alignment with culture, strategy, operational imperatives, compensation and performance management philosophies.
    • Develop and analyze related metrics and dashboards, and leverage data to draw insights and make solid decisions and recommendations.
    • Lead all annual compensation and benefits review/enrollment processes.
    • Lead all medical leave administration and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and other federal, state and/or local requirements, and provide related management support and training.
    • Hire, supervise and mentor global total rewards team through effective coaching and performance management.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for total rewards programs.
    • Perform other duties, as required.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

     

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or equivalent professional experience. CCP certification is a plus.

    7+ years of progressive HR experience as HRBP, Comp, Benefits, HR Operations or Analytics with 5+ years managing Global Total Rewards programs and strategy. Experience working at a publicly traded, global and high growth company a plus.

    Proven experience designing, defining, and implementing compensation and benefits philosophies. Experience with complex incentive designs across short term, long-term, sales and executive incentives and in a variety of industries.

    Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office products, and HR systems.

    Knowledge, understanding, and application of federal, state, local and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to ERISA, FLMA, FLSA, EEO, HIPAA, PPACA, etc.

    Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

    Excellent business acumen, strong executive presence, and proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

    Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

    High level of integrity and the demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.

    Advanced problem solving, process improvement and change management skills with the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.

    Minimal travel is expected but must be able to travel, as required.
