    We are seeking to hire a DEPLOYMENT ARCHITECT/TECHNICAL LEAD (WIRELESS SOLUTIONS) to join our growing Systems Engineering team located at our Corporate Headquarters located in Andover, MA, USA, which is about 30 minutes north of Boston.

     

    The Deployment Architect/Technical Lead (Wireless Solutions) will impact the company by driving complex deployments of the company’s wireless solutions while working side-by-side with our customers to resolve their unique deployment problems. This is an opportunity to work with a team of incredibly hardworking and dedicated peers, all the way from the field, sales engineering and customer support.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Lead a team of professional services architects / SMEs and implementation leads.
    • Drive complex deployments, while working side-by-side with the customer to resolve their unique problems.
    • Capture delivery details to build on our portfolio of services offers and ensure the team document delivery content.
    • Proactively collaborate with Partner community and capture requirements that can be used to scale their professional services.
    • Enable target partners to deliver professional services.
    • Plan, design, develop, and package up training programs around services offers.
    • Consult with cross-functional project teams, leaders and/or stakeholders.
    • Report on and communicate delivery progress and details.
    • Work closely with our professional services delivery partners.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.
    • 7+ years of related experience building/leading professional or implementation services teams and services.
    • Self-starter who achieves results and prefers to be collaborative.
    • Expert level experience analyzing, designing and implementing 4G networks.
    • Known for effectively managing global teams, and leadership for the design and implementation of fully integrated networks.
    • Expert level troubleshooting skills and understanding of 4G/5G Core networks.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Effective interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with a diverse community with a focus on building rapport.
    • Preference to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
    • Prior experience with handling difficult conversations.
