    Boston Universitys Creative Services group is seeking an Account Supervisor to serve as the primary liaison to key leaders throughout theUniversity, ensuring that CS maintains superior collaborative relationships with them and establishes CS as a trusted resource for developing strategic integrated marketing initiatives. Leads clients through the planning process for communication initiatives to identify key objectives, audience and message. Serves as team leader on projectsand as a mentor for Account Executives for strategic marketing thinking/planning as well as for leading print and interactive design projects successfully. Translates project intake for creative teams in the form of creative briefs. Partners closely with creative teams to ensure work addresses clients communication goals.

    Required Skills

    B.A./B.S. preferred. Five to eight years experience in marketing communications. Familiarity with marketing principles and the creative process including web and print design. Demonstrated ability to lead a team, resolve issues under pressure and juggle multiple tasks under deadline pressure. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team atmosphere that includes colleagues, administrators and senior staff. Keen attention to detail. Agency experience preferred.
