The Research Fellow will work in conjunction with other Center research staff to carry out a variety of research projects and will have the following primary responsibilities:
Required Skills
A Masters’ degree in a social science field is required (Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, etc). Experience with individuals who have mental health conditions either in a research or clinical setting is necessary. Excellent ability to establish and maintain rapport with study participants, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required. One to two years of experience in a research setting with human subjects is required. Must be willing to travel locally and possibly to other locations to collect data or meet with research collaborators. Experience with Microsoft suite of tools is necessary, particularly Word, Excel, Access. Experience with SPSS or SAS is beneficial. The Research Fellow will receive training from the Center in the specific training or intervention protocols used.
