Opportunity at a Glance
In this position, the Manager of Learning and Development will manage the daily workflow relevant to the development and delivery of training and training resources. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, this individual will support the strategy around change management, training intake, and overall direction of the Training team. This individual manages a team of Training Specialists who support training facilitation, including colleague onboarding for enrollment and student success teams.
Responsibilities
Manages the Training function within a Learning and Development team, including 2 Senior Training Specialists and 1 Training Specialist.
Ensures all project requests that are submitted via the team intake form are evaluated, prioritized, and implemented in consideration of internal resource availability and priorities of the business.
Manages the workflow of the Training team, recommending opportunities to shift resources to ensure timely delivery based on expectations of the business.
Responsible for communication and change management planning and execution.
Continually evaluates and assesses the effectiveness of all training; makes recommendations for training improvements
Establishes and maintains functional relationships with various institutional departments to identify training opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70696.34 and $108334.92. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
