Job Description

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Marketing Manager to provide hands-on support with marketing campaigns, assets, and operations. This position supports the Head, Marketing with brand awareness, lead generation, and acquisition across our two key audiences, families and teachers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Marketing Strategy

• Ideate and drive innovative marketing strategies that help us meet our goals across family and talent audiences

• Working in partnership with our Account and Studio teams to drive marketing creative, incorporating best practices and trends that deliver results

• Drive and report on campaign creative testing and performance

Marketing Operations

• Support channel management (website, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Assist with budgeting, billing, reconciliation

• Maintain third party platforms across audiences (Google Business Pages, Glassdoor, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience

• Strong creative sensibilities, collaborates effectively with design teams

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Resourceful problem solver

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

• Some familiarity with paid media, SEO, Google Workspace

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Compensation Range

: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
