    The Opportunity:

    • As a Market Development Specialist, you will use your analytical, organization, attention to detail and communication skills to maintain product knowledge of tour portfolio quality worldwide.
    • You will be responsible for becoming a product expert and will need to understand key details of every Ultimate Break itinerary.
    • You will conduct on-going quality reviews of the tour portfolio by synthesizing feedback and sharing with stakeholder teams around the world. You will need to liaise clearly and efficiently with Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, Travel and Operations teams in offices around the world to implement change.
    • You will be a key contributor to on-going product meetings by analyzing data on a tour code, region, and product level. Presentation preparation and maintenance will be your domain.
    • You will be responsible for keeping tight deadlines, communicating efficiently and updating systems to maintain accuracy and quality.

    What you will be doing:

    • Weekly reporting to stakeholders on low-scoring tours based on customer and Tour Director evaluations
    • Presentation preparation and contribution
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product, processes, internal systems and tour portfolio
    • Work on a wide variety of research and development projects for the Market Development team including gathering formal and informal customer surveys/feedback
    • Research and project support at the request of your manager
    • Systems maintenance in a range of systems and spreadsheets

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2+ years Sales, Service, Marketing or Operations experience within EF
    • Ability to appropriately prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
    • Positive presence with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of coworkers and stakeholders
    • Self-starter who can take ownership and adapt quickly to project needs
    • Innovative spirit, true passion for travel
    • Detail-oriented and hard-working
    • Dedicated to quality and the customer experience
    • Ability to meet long and short-term deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of the world & travel destinations
    • Analytical and creative problem solver who can calmly work through emergency and escalated situations
    • Natural team member who wants to invest in our company and our team
    • Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint , Storyblok , EF’s Atlas a plus
    • Ability to travel 3-5 times per year
